We ask all our guests to complete a comment form. Appropriate action is taken whenever we receive a suggestion or a negative comment . We are delighted that these are, however, very few. Below are just a few of the many positive comments we have received. In the past, we have published the e mail addresses of those who are happy for the comments to be verified. However in these days of SPAM and the proliferation of viruses, we have refrained from this practice.

| We were told the resort was in Chiang Mai, so imagine how we felt after a 3 hour drive from the airport! However this is an amazing place – well worth the trip. The tours were excellent and really well-organized. All the staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. A fantastic place that we will certainly recommend to friends and family.
