Welcome to the Maekok River Village (MRV) Outdoor Education Centre website.

I hope that this will give you a good overview of what opportunities there are for students in this
beautiful part of Thailand. However, having been a teacher for many years, I appreciate the problems and concerns when organising trips to 'unknown' venues.

I would urge you to make direct contact with me should you wish to discuss the various  issues
so important when running school trips. I would also urge you to read the testimonials from just a few of the schools who have visited,  and to ask the teachers who have very kindly volunteered to act as referees,  about their time here
